Bruschetta Chicken and Pasta

A popular appetizer is served as a main dish over angel hair pasta.

Prep, time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

ingredients


2 tablespoons	olive oil

4 thawed, sliced into 1-inch strips	ChicNSteakes

2 tablespoons	prepared pesto

2 cups	chopped tomatoes

8 oz. cooked, drained	angel hair pasta

1/4 cup optional	shredded parmesan cheese

directions

In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat 30 seconds.
Add ChicNSteake strips; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in pesto; and tomatoes; cook 2 minutes.
Serve over angel hair pasta.
Sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese, if desired.
