1. Spray a 5-quart non-stick Dutch oven with no-stick cooking spray. Heat overmedium heat. Add chicken, onions and garlic; cook 4 to 5 minutes or untilchicken is browned. 2. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Simmer; covered 15 to 20 minutes or untilchicken is tender.3. Serve with light sour cream, shredded low-fat cheddar cheese and choppedgreen onion, if desired.
