Dredge ChicNSteakes in flour combined with salt and pepper; shake off anyexcess flour. In a large non-stick melt one tablespoon butter. Brown ChicNSteakes 5 minutes per side; remove from skillet and keep warm. Melt remaining butter. Add mushrooms; cook 3 minutes. Add wine; cook 2 minutes. Slowly add broth to corn starch; mixing until well blended. Add to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add back ChicNSteakes; heat 2 minutes or until hot. Serve with rice or pasta. Makes 4 servings.
