ingredients

4 (18 x 18-inch)   sheets heavy duty aluminum foil
4 thawed  ChicNSteakes
1 lb.   Baby Baked Potatoes
1 tablespoon   olive oil
1 tablespoon   fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon   pepper
1-2.25 oz. can   sliced black olives, drained
2 medium   tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup   crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Center one ChicNSteake on each sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Combine frozen potatoes with olive oil and arrange potatoes around chicken. Sprinkle chicken with oregano, pepper and top with olives. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets. Grill, covered, over medium heat approximately 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is no longer pink inside, juices run clear, and potatoes are tender, turning foil packets occasionally. Be careful when unsealing the foil packets as the escaping steam will be very hot. Sprinkle with tomatoes and feta cheese before serving. Foil packets may also be baked in 450°F oven for approximately 35 minutes.
