ChicNSteakes are featured with broccoli in a light lemon sauce. This is great served with our Vegetable Fried Rice.

Prep, time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

ingredients

3/4 cup   chicken broth
1/4 cup   fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon   grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons   soy sauce
1-1/2 tablespoons   cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon   sugar
3 cups (thawed)   Broccoli Florets
4 (thawed)   ChicNSteakes
1 tablespoon   cornstarch
1 tablespoon   soy sauce
1/4 cup   green onion slices

Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon rind, soy sauce,
cornstarch and sugar mixing until well blended. Set aside.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large non-stick skillet; add broccoli stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet.
3. Cut ChicNSteakes into 1-inch strips. In a small bowl combine; chicken,
cornstarch and soy sauce; mix well.
4. Heat remaining tablespoon oil in skillet. Add chicken; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or
until chicken is tender. Stir in sauce, broccoli, and green onion.
5. Cook until sauce is thickened. Serve with Market Day Vegetable Fried Rice,
if desired. Makes 4 servings.
