ingredients

2 tablespoons   lime juice
1 tablespoon   honey
1 tablespoon   soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons   sesame oil
1 teaspoon   grated ginger
1 teaspoon thinly sliced  lemon grass
2 thawed  ChicNSteakes
1 tablespoon   sesame oil
4 cups thinly sliced  Chinese cabbage
1 grated  small carrot
OR 2 oz. quartered  stringless sugar snap peas
1/2 cup diced  red bell pepper
1 can (11 oz.) drained  mandarin orange segments
1/4 cup snipped  fresh cilantro
1 sliced  green onion with top

Directions

For dressing, combine ingredients in small bowl; whisk until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Heat grill pan over medium-high heat 5 minutes. Lightly brush pan with sesame oil. Add chicken. Cook 8-10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once. Remove chicken; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 5 minutes. In medium serving bowl combine remainng salad ingredients; slice chicken into thin diagonal strips and add to salad ingredients. Whisk dressing; pour over salad gently tossing to coat. Serve warm or cool.
