Prepare pie as directed. Let cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. In a glass measuring cup or bowl, combine caramel sauce, orange juice and rind.Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute or until hot. Carefully invert pie onto a serving platter. Drizzle caramel sauce over pie. Top with pecans. Serve with whipped cream, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
