Preparation
Preparation: For best results thaw steaks before preparation
1. For best results thaw steaks in refrigerator 6 to 10 hours in original vacuum package.
2. Remove steaks from vacuum package before cooking.
3. Remove plastic pins from steaks prior to eating.

Grill: Grill steaks 5 to 7 minutes per side over medium heat, turning only once.

Broil: Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat. Broil 5 to 7 minutes per side, turning only once.

Testing for doneness: Steaks are done when they feel slightly springy to the touch. Steaks with slight traces of pink at the center are okay to eat and will be more tender and juicy than a well done steak. Cook to an internal temperature of 155¿160 º.

Note: Microwave preparation is not recommended. Appliances vary - time and temperature may need adjustment.
