Preparation
FOR BEST RESULTS USE CONVENTIONAL OVEN. Conventional oven: Remove the packaging. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 40-45 minutes. From thawed: Reduce above time by 5 minutes. After cooking, let stand 2 minutes before serving. Microwave ovens- from frozen: Remove the packaging. Defrost per over manufacturers instructions. Cook on high in microwaveable dish with rotation for approximately 3 minutes. From thawed: Reduce cooking time by 1 minute. After cooking, let stand for 2 minutes before serving. For best finished appearance, broil 1-2 additional minutes. NOTE: WHEN FULLY COOKED, BREAST MEAT WILL BE WHITE (NOT PINK) INSIDE. Cook to an internal core temperature of at least 160 degrees F. Cooking instructions are a guide. Variations in time and temperature may be required for different appliances or variation in portion size and quantities.
