Preparation
Microwave:
Place 1 lb. in a microwaveable dish with 2-4 tablespoons water and cover loosely with lid or plastic wrap. Heat on HIGH for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are hot. Do not over cook. Carefully remove cover. HOT steam will be released upon opening. Drain water from vegetables before serving.
Stove top:
Place 1 lb. in a sauce pan with 1/3 cup water. Cover, bring to a simmer and cook for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender and hot. Carefully remove cover. HOT steam will be released upon opening. Drain water from vegetables before serving.
