We take pride in our quality packaging and every shipment we make is important to us. All frozen/perishable items, with the exception of fruit, are hand packed in a reusable, insulated cooler with dry ice to ensure they arrive frozen and in excellent condition.
Due to special handling considerations and seasonal availability, fruit is shipped separately, and is sent directly from the grower.
We offer several delivery options so you or your gift recipients will receive your order when you want it delivered.
To guarantee delivery, we must have accurate and complete mailing addresses. Delay or damage due to an incorrect shipping address will void our
guarantee.
Shipping is available to the 48 continental states. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, U.S. Possessions, or international addresses.

Standard Delivery – all frozen/perishable items except fruit
All frozen/perishable items with the exception of fruit are shipped via FedEx. During the checkout process you will see the date that your shipment is scheduled to arrive. When applicable, alternate shipping methods for faster delivery will be available for an additional charge.

Fruit is sent via UPS in a separate shipment from other frozen/perishable items.Fruit is
sent in a protective corrugated box, directly from the grower to ensure the peak
of freshness. During the checkout process
you will see the date that your shipment is scheduled to arrive. When applicable, alternate shipping methods for faster
delivery will be available for an additional charge.

Gift Message
If your shipment is a gift, a gift message can be added during the check-out process. The message will appear on the shipping label. We will also include a card in the shipment indicating that the delivery is a gift, and directing the recipient to check the label for sender information.
